Please note: while the home offers four official bedrooms, there are also additional sleeping areas, some of which are accessed through other rooms, offering flexibility as well as a touch of adventure for group stays.

Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

Property Access

  • Enter the main level from the paved circular parking, up a trio of stairs, and through a carved wooden door.
  • The two car garage is on the other side of the game level floor, and is available for guest use.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
  • This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
  • No events allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • Maximum occupancy: 8 guests.

Fees and Payments

  • For pets: This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
  • Enjoy access to Yonahlossee Resort amenities for a small fee. Guests must pay a $10 per day per person base fee to use the pool, gym, and game room. If more than 3 people, the base fee will be $25 for club use. To access outdoor tennis and pickleball courts, the fee is an additional $10 per person and is $20 per person for indoor tennis and pickleball courts.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • There is room for a maximum of four vehicles.
  • The two car garage is available for guest use.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals.
  • There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • We do not provide hair dryers.
  • Towels and linens will be provided.
  • Free Wi-Fi/internet is included.
  • Washer and dryer are provided.
  • Dishwasher is provided.
  • Oven and stove are provided.
  • TV and cable service may be available.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are installed.
